Do I need to be a West Virginia resident to register and/or to play?

No, you do not need to be a resident of West Virginia. However you must be within the borders of the state of West Virginia to register and play our games. If you travel outside the state of West Virginia, you will not be able to play until you are once again within the borders of West Virginia.
