Why can't I deposit with a credit card?

Effective March 31, 2026, the use of credit cards as a funding method on accounts is restricted. No new credit cards may be added to your account on or after this date. Credit cards that were successfully linked to your account prior to this date may continue to be used. If a credit card that was linked to your account expires, is replaced, or otherwise becomes invalid, you will not be permitted to update it, replace it, or add a new credit card to your account. In the event a credit card has multiple joint account holders, only the person(s) who linked the credit card successfully prior to March 31, 2026, may continue to use that credit card. Any other joint account holder will no longer be permitted to link that credit card to their account, even if they are a named cardholder.
