E-Sports Rules

Date/Site Changes

Any bets on a game not played on the scheduled date or played at a different venue, at the time the bet was placed, will be declared cancelled.

For e-NASCAR, races must take place at the designated virtual location on the scheduled start day or bets will be declared cancelled.

Minimum Length of Play

If any round (map) is not played or is awarded to one player or team by default without play having commenced, all wagers on that round (map) and on the match as a whole will be cancelled and refunded. If there is a change in the number of rounds (maps) played prior to the match starting, wagers placed on this market will stand.

ESports Wagers

Futures/Outrights

Unless stated otherwise, all bets will stand regardless of postponements unless the official sporting governing body declares that the tournament/competition has been canceled with no official winner, in which case bets will be cancelled.

eNASCAR

iRacing driving simulators and equipment may differ slightly from driver to driver. If a driver starts a race and a winner is declared, all wagers stand. Should a driver not take part at all, wagers on that driver will be returned.

Counter Strike 2 (CS2)

If a team retires, receives a win by admin decision or is disqualified before all scheduled rounds of a Map are played, all bets on that Map will be cancelled.

If a Map starts with fewer than 10 competitors all bets on the Map will be cancelled.

Where Overtime can be played, this will be included in the settlement of markets; unless the Draw selection is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement will be based on regulation time only.

Rounds 1-12 constitute the first half of CS2 Maps.

If a Map is rewound by “Match Medic” to a round other than Round 1, all markets will be settled based on the result after the round the Map was reverted to. Markets that are invalidated by the “Match Medic” will not count (e.g. Total Player Kills, Total Rounds Odd/Even) for settlement purposes.

If any Map is switched to CS:GO, all Match and Map markets that are affected by the change from the Max Rounds 12 Format to the Max Rounds 15 Format will be cancelled.

Map/Round Betting

Bets are cancelled if the statutory number of maps/rounds are changed or differ from those offered for betting purposes. If a round is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical issue, pre-game bets will stand on the replayed round in accordance with the official result. All In-Play bets on the affected round will be cancelled unless the outcome is already determined and the replayed round will be treated as a separate entity.

Player Matchups

In the event of a specified player not playing the entire map, all bets will be cancelled unless the outcome is already determined. If a player does not take part in a map, all bets on that player will be cancelled.

Kill Markets

Settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available.

Bomb Markets

Settled based on bomb events in official round time. Bomb Plants or Detonations after the round has ended do not count for settlement purposes.

Pistol Rounds

Specifically for any Pistol Round market, a Pistol Round is defined as the first round of either half, for settlement purposes.

Team to Win Next Round

Which team will win the next round. In the event that a round is abandoned, all bets on this market will be cancelled.

Map Rounds Handicap

The result of the map after the stated handicap has been applied. In the event of an abandoned map or disqualification, bets will be cancelled unless the result of the handicap has already been determined.

Dota 2

If a Map starts with fewer than 10 competitors all bets on the Map will be cancelled.

If a walkover or win by admin decision is given in the first 10 minutes of a Map, all bets on the Map will be cancelled. If a win by admin decision is awarded after the 10th minute of play once a Map has started, bets will stand.

First Blood Markets

Only kills by the opposing team/player will count.

Kill Markets

Settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available.

Creep Markets

Will be settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available. Settlement of 'Roshan' markets are determined by the team to slay Roshan, and not who picks up the Aegis of the Immortal, Refresher Shard or Cheese.

Structure Markets

For settlement purposes, all buildings destroyed count as being destroyed by the opposing team, regardless of whether the last hit was from a Hero or a Creep. The number of barracks will be determined by individual ranged and melee barracks destroyed.

Surrender

In the event of surrender, all markets (unless otherwise stated) will be settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available. Bets on ‘Next’ based markets will be cancelled.

All time-based bets are settled on the in-game clock. In the event of a fixture starting but not being completed, bets will be cancelled unless the outcome is already determined. Events occurring prior to creeps spawning are included for settlement purposes.

Which Team will Slay the Next Roshan

Results will be settled on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available. Where there is no 'neither' or 'draw' selection available and this selection is the winner all bets on the relevant index are cancelled.

E-Basketball

Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast, or game API. Should a match be abandoned, all markets will be cancelled unless the outcome has been unconditionally determined.

All game markets include overtime, unless specified below:

Quarter Markets

Result of score for relevant quarter. Overtime does not count for this market.

Second Half Markets

Result of score for second half. Overtime does count for this market.

E-Football

All match markets are settled based on the official score at the end of regulation time, unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time, but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout, or golden goal.

League of Legends

If a Map starts with fewer than 10 competitors all bets on the Map will be cancelled.

If a walkover or win by admin decision is given in the first 10 minutes of a Map, all bets on the Map will be cancelled. If a win by admin decision is awarded after the 10th minute of play once a Map has started, bets will stand.

Kill Markets

Settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available.

Monster Markets

Settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available. Next Dragon to Spawn will be settled as it is determined in game regardless of whether it spawns or not.

Building Markets

For settlement purposes, all buildings destroyed count as being destroyed by the opposing team, regardless of whether the last hit was from a Champion or Minion or whether or not they are respawned buildings

All markets involving the slaying of Dragons (First Dragon, Total Dragon's, Next Dragon, Dragon Handicap's) do not include Elder Dragon, they only include the elemental dragons.

Team to Score a Quadra/Penta Kill

For a multi-kill to register as a Quadra/Penta Kill it must be announced as such during the match up or listed in the official match history.

The official broadcast, or game API if available, is definitive in determining whether the death of a Champion counts as a kill. For example, where a Champion is killed by tower or minion damage without the involvement of an enemy Champion this may not be registered as a kill on the broadcast, in which case it does not count as a kill for bet settlement purposes.

Team to Slay the Rift Herald/Next Baron/Next Dragon

Results will be settled on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available. Where there is no 'neither' or 'draw' selection available and this selection is the winner all bets on the relevant index are cancelled.

Team to Destroy the Next Inhibitor

Inhibitors count as having been destroyed by the opposing team even if the last hit was from a minion. Each destruction of an inhibitor counts separately, even where it has respawned and is destroyed for a second or subsequent time. Where there is no 'neither' or 'draw' selection available and this selection is the winner all bets on the relevant index are cancelled.

Team to Destroy the Next Tower

Results will be settled on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available. Champion created Structures do not count as Towers. Where there is no 'neither' or 'draw' selection available and this selection is the winner, all bets on the relevant index are cancelled.

Total Barons/Dragons Slain Over/Under

The Total Number of Barons/Dragons Slain on the Map. Results will be settled on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available.

Total Inhibitors Destroyed Over/Under

Total Towers Destroyed Over/Under

Results will be settled on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available. Champion created 'Structures' do not count as Towers for settlement purposes. In the event of a surrender this market will be settled as the total number of towers destroyed at the time of surrender plus the minimum number of extra towers needed for the victorious team to secure the win.

Both Teams to Slay a Baron/Destroy an Inhibitor

Results will be settled on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer, or game API if available.
